Our purpose for the employees is to find and employ the best and the most effective manpower, to get high efficiency from the competence and creativity of our employees, to increase their performance, to enable their improvement and to create the working area in which teams work in cooperation.
We base our policy of respect for humanity which is our corporate principle and administrative mentality on the principles mentioned below:
